TORINO – Questa settimana il viaggio di Emanuele Trono, il nostro Enoblogger, prosegue nella meravigliosa Sicilia. E in particolare nella zona dell’Etna, dove spopola il “nerello mascalese”, detto anche “negrello” un vitigno nei pressi della città metropolitana di Catania, alle pendici dell’Etna. Dal “negrello” vengono prodotti vini ad elevata gradazione alcolica (13-14°) e molto spesso, ma non sempre, destinati a un lungo invecchiamento.
