L’antico ristorante propone una selezione dei migliori piatti della cucina piemontese, ed è uno dei pochi luoghi di Torino dov’è ancora possibile gustare il vero bollito misto alla piemontese. Lo Chef è Paolo Ribotto, che arriva al San Giors dopo essersi misurato con tante differenti realtà: dai ristoranti, alcuni dei quali premiati con le stelle Michelin, alle strutture alberghiere di primissimo livello, fino alle più importanti società specializzate in sevizi di catering.
