Pastificio Defilippis viene fondato nel 1872, dal cuoco di Casa Savoia, Domenico Toso.
Negli anni quaranta, la famiglia Defilippis rileva il negozio e dà ad esso il suo nome.
Nel 2008 la Famiglia Damilano subentra alla vecchia proprietà trasformando il pastificio anche in ristorante e gastronomia, un nuovo locale caratterizzato dal mix tra innovazione e tradizione, dove la pasta fresca rimane il punto di maggior interesse.
