Ristorante Del Cambio è un luogo “senza tempo”, dal 5 ottobre 1757 si rinnova rimanendo sempre fedele a se stesso. Tra il 1821 e il 1861 sono passati uomini e donne che hanno fatto la storia d’Italia, ci basta ricordare Cavour, Verdi, D’Annunzio, Eleonora Duse e molti altri.
