Monumento
La Porta Palatina è considerato un prezioso avanzo della Torino romana, ed il più antico, grandioso e meglio conservato esempio di porta urbica romana. Il nome deriva dalla vicina Palatium, antica sede del Senato, della Curia e dell’Amministrazione Civica, e successivamente sede dei sovrani longobardi.
