Monumento
La maestosa basilica, opera di Filippo Juvarra, ideata e realizzata tra il 1717 e il 1731, fu eretta per volontà di Vittorio Amedeo II.
Il suo interno è arricchito da sei cappelle e da quattro altari, oltre l’Altare Maggiore, con statue e monumenti in marmo di Carrara.
